Job Title: Claims Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Coordinator to manage and support claims throughout the project lifecycle. This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming claims, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and smooth coordination between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for new and active claims.
  • Open, track, and manage claims from intake through completion using internal systems.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, carriers, contractors, and clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Schedule inspections, assessments, and appointments for field teams.
  • Prepare and maintain claim files, reports, invoices, and related correspondence.
  • Ensure timely submission of required documents to insurance partners.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and assist with general office tasks.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up to prevent delays in claim processing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while handling sensitive or urgent situations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in claims coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
